Productivity Software – "CFO Toolbox"
We offer productivity software unique to the automotive marketplace that helps our automotive clients dramatically cut costs and create workplace efficiencies. These products are offered alone or coupled with other Armada services. They include:
- Title Management–Facilitate cradle-to-grave management of title processing, including Outstanding Deals, Title Work-In-Process, and Title Closure, including DMV completion, payoff and SIF tracking, along with detailed reporting of all three phases.
- Workplace Productivity Tools–Address inefficiencies many dealers encounter, including automated Bank Reconciliation, Floor Plan Reconciliation, automated Journal Entry Posting, Financial Statement Memo Reporting and the arduous month-end Archiving Routine.
- Payroll Processing & Posting–Manage payroll either in-house or on an outsourced basis. In a global sense, we have the ability to put a web-based system in place with our Alliance Partner, ADP Employer Services, to handle every aspect of time & attendance, payroll, human resources and benefits administration. Alternatively, some clients choose to outsource portions or the entire payroll function to us. We help each client determine the most beneficial arrangement.

Warranty Parts Mark-Up Program
In most states, dealers are entitled to reimbursement for warranty work at their customer pay rates. However, in many instances, dealers are not achieving maximum reimbursement. We created proprietary software that yields significantly better results than dealers were achieving on their own. Our sophisticated scientific algorithms allow us to determine the optimum mark-up achievable. Then we put our team of auditors to work on the painstaking process of reviewing every eligible and ineligible invoice and qualifying part. We then package the results and forward to the manufacturer for approval. We work directly with the factory auditors to ensure that our clients get the outcomes they deserve.
