Mr. Sullivan is a co-founder of Armada
Consulting Group (“ACG”) and is a skilled expert in employee benefits industry and extensive executive experience in the formation and successful management of businesses.
Prior to founding ACG, Mr. Sullivan was a Founder and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PERFORMAX, a health care benefits consulting and administration company that managed over $600 million in costs for its clients. PERFORMAX was created out of Corporate Healthcare Financing, Inc. (“CHF”) in 1998 through a management led buy-out orchestrated by Mr. Sullivan. During the management buy-out, Mr. Sullivan teamed with Brian Rogers to reposition and re-brand the new company as PERFORMAX. Mr. Sullivan led PERFORMAX to profitable expansion, 11 sales offices across the country and an employee and consulting staff of over 250 individuals.
Prior thereto, Mr. Sullivan founded Healthcare Plan Management, Inc. (“HPM”), where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. HPM provided sophisticated, turnkey employee benefit plan design and management services to mid-market companies. HPM merged with United American Healthcare Corporation (NYSE:”UAHC”) in 1993 and Mr. Sullivan continued his leadership role with the new UAHC subsidiary, then called Corporate Healthcare Financing, Inc., where he served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President. Early in his career he helped to develop and build the employee benefit consulting practice of Solomon Financial Services in Washington, D.C. Mr. Sullivan began his career at Home Life Insurance.
Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of The University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

Mr. Rogers is a co-founder of Armada
Consulting Group and is a seasoned
business executive and financial professional
with over 20 years experience serving
entrepreneurs as a Big Four consultant
and inside executive.
Prior to founding Armada Consulting Group (“ACG”), Mr. Rogers was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for three prominent Baltimore-based organizations, PERFORMAX, a health care benefits consulting and administration company that managed over $600 million in premiums, Fusion Sales Partners, a $450 million sales organization and O’Conor Piper and Flynn, a regional provider of integrated residential real estate services with 50 sales offices and 2300 employees.
Mr. Rogers began his career in the Entrepreneurial Service Group of Ernst & Young and achieved the level of Senior Manager in 1990. In his eight years with Ernst & Young he was responsible for a broad client base of privately owned and emerging businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Rogers graduated from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and a Masters Business Administration, with Honors, in Finance from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Rogers is also a Certified Public Accountant
David Albanese, Principal |

Mr. Albanese leads one of the Armada
Consulting Group’s team in the design, management, and execution of the proprietary Armada Health Pathways process for our clients. Throughout David’s 17-year health care career, he has held client advisory and consultative positions in sales, account management, underwriting, and compliance, gaining a thorough understanding of the entire group insurance business. ACG’s clients benefit from his technical expertise in plan design and underwriting as well as his extensive experience in account management.
Prior to joining Armada Consulting Group, Mr. Albanese worked in the brokerage and employee benefit consulting area, serving mid-market and large group clients at The Treiber Group, PERFORMAX, and United Healthcare. Mr. Albanese began his career with the Prudential Group Department.
Mr. Albanese graduated Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, Canton, New York with a Bachelor Arts degree.
Christie Murphy, Communications |

Ms. Murphy oversees Armada Consulting
Group’s employee communications and plan promotion strategy development for all of Armada’s clients. She brings over 12 years of health care marketing and communication experience. In particular, her expertise lies in targeted communication strategy development in support of each client’s unique objectives.
Prior to Armada Consulting Group, Ms. Murphy served as Director of Marketing for PERFORMAX, where she oversaw the development of the company’s key strategic marketing and product development and client communication initiatives. Prior thereto, she held positions of Marketing Product Manager and Communications Manager at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield. Ms. Murphy began her career in communications, garnering experience in both marketing and employee communications at several health care companies.
Ms. Murphy graduated from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor Arts degree in History and a Masters Business Administration degree. She also graduated with a Masters of Arts degree in American History from the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware.
Doug Adkins, Operations & Technology |

Mr. Adkins is responsible for the pursuit
and persistent maintenance of current
and cutting-edge technological and
operational advancements. In addition,
Mr. Adkins oversees all technology
that helps the Armada team connect
with the technology and integration
capabilities of carriers and vendors
who become part of our clients benefit
plan solutions. Mr. Adkins focuses
on partnering with our clients to ensure
that all systems (client/vendor) properly
interface.
Mr. Adkins has more than 26 years of technology and operations experience. Prior to joining Armada, he was Vice President and Director of Technology at PERFORMAX, where he had overall responsibility for information systems management, including planning for future technology requirements in-line with that company’s projected growth. Mr. Adkins also founded and served as President of Selective Technologies, Inc. for over 6 years, and was Partner and Vice President of Technical Consulting & Support for DPI Business Info Systems for four years. He has personally provided technical consulting and support for such prestigious clients as: Ernst and Young, O’Conor Piper and Flynn Realtors, Union Memorial Hospital, The Law Offices of Peter Angelos, The Smithsonian Institute, NIH, and The Baltimore Orioles.
